Service Agreement
Nilson Van and Storage provides professional moving, packing, and storage services subject to availability. A service contract must be agreed upon before any moving or storage services are rendered. Any changes to the agreed terms may result in additional charges.
Pricing & Payments
All estimates provided are based on the information given at the time of inquiry and are subject to change if additional services or unforeseen circumstances arise. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Liability & Claims
We take great care in handling your belongings. However, Nilson Van and Storage is not responsible for damage caused by natural disasters, accidents beyond our control, or improper packing of customer-packed items. Any claims for loss or damage must be filed within the specified timeframe as outlined in the service agreement.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the notice period specified in your contract. A cancellation fee may apply if notice is not provided within the required timeframe. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Prohibited Items
For safety reasons, we do not transport or store hazardous materials, perishables, live animals, firearms, or any items restricted by law. Customers are responsible for ensuring that no such items are included in their shipment or storage.
Storage Terms
Items placed in storage are subject to Nilson Van and Storage’s facility policies, including applicable storage fees, access restrictions, and insurance requirements. Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date for billing and retrieval purposes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state where services are provided. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.
