We have moved 14 times over our almost 50 years of marriage, although not all of them with a moving company. Our experience with this most recent move was absolutely wonderful, beginning with the initial visit from Rob, the local sales representative, to Bethany, the contact person who was very informative and available if we had any questions, and the driver and his crew, Reginald (Red), Chuck and Rio, who handled our goods as if it were their own — gentle with every piece. All of these folks deserve to be recognized for the outstanding job that they performed in their own individual capacity making the collective experience a pleasure. Thanks to them and to Nilson Van & Storage for taking care of us.

Excellent job for me. I packed everything except glass table tops and furniture. My crew of two seasoned gentlemen were very careful and attentive to my needs and things. Could not have asked for better service from salesman who listened, guided me and worked to get the best quote and departure/arrival dates or from the move coordinator who communicated well to my fabulous driver and loader. I will call them again when I am ready to move from a rental to a purchased home. Thanks Nilson!

I recently sold my home in SC and was faced with a personally difficult and logistically large relocation. Lisa and crew who packed the contents of the home were prompt, professional, and efficient. Rashawn and his moving crew were incredible in the blistering heat. They were professional, courteous and respectful of my personal property, the home I was leaving and the home into which I was moving. I was very grateful for their efforts in making my difficult experience manageable. I would use Nilson’s services again and would recommend them to others.

Had a wonderful moving experience with these folks. The coordinator came to my house often to check on items, progress, and to offer advice on how to pack things ( I packed my own stuff). As my stuff was going into storage, he was spot on as to the size storage unit I would need.The office contact called often, too, as the moving date approached and kept me up to date on plans. The move took place as scheduled. The movers were fast, efficient, friendly, and courteous. They did an amazing job loading and arranging everything into the storage unit–like a jigsaw puzzle! Would use these folks, again!

The men were all professional, extremely polite and did an amazing job communicating any concerns they may have had. They made sure things that may have been improperly secured by us were completely secure. They are true professionals.

I was surprised on the arrival. The delivery was a little earlier than expected. That was a pleasant surprise. It did not take a long time and he requested that I view everything to make sure it was in tact. I appreciate the movers a great deal. They gave me confidence again with movers. I had a very bad experience with the movers out of Atlanta and I was without my furniture for two weeks, some of my things were missing and broken. Truly, the team redeem my faith; there are some good in moving.

I gotta say that my overall experience was outstanding. By far the most efficient, smoothest, easiest move that we have ever had. Everyone was super-efficient and responsive – – from the estimating process and move coordinator to the movers. I have been super impressed with Mayflower from start to finish. KUDOS!!!

I have had several employees relocate and facility moving needs in the state over the past year. The service you have provided has been timely, with great care given to employees’ needs, as well as careful consideration of all HealthSouth’s assets. I would recommend your service and staff highly.

Really, all of the individuals that worked on the move were conscientious, very pleasant, worked long and hard. We all went through a lot to get this move onto the barge and off the island and on to the storage unit near our new home. This was not the usual move and all of these people “stepped up to the plate” to make it happen. So far what we have unpacked is in excellent condition and only one minor bit of damage to a table. Again, The crew that packed the first day and loaded and especially the driver and crew that unloaded at the storage unit deserve special recognition.

The driver and loader, Butler, and his worker, Troy, did an exceptional job with moving my belongings across several states and always maintaining a professional relationship yet very personable. Excellent customer service. I would recommend their services, and if I move again, I will try to specifically request them again! They made the overall moving process of what could have been very overwhelming since it was my first move, a very pleasant and easy experience!! I believe they should be recognized for their above and beyond services! Couldn’t be happier with my moving experience!! Thank you very much!!

On July 8th, 2016, we received exceptional services from your transportation customer service technicians at our home pack out, and that service compelled me to write you personally and directly in order to express my sincere appreciation and satisfaction for the services that were provided. I want to make you aware that your team was beyond professional and courteous and they demonstrated kindness and a disposition that is hard to come by in this day and age. I honestly don’t think I have ever seen a group work so hard, especially Ms. Joyce. They were extremely pleasant, polite, and engaging as to their purpose, your company and mission. They were further easy to talk to and answered all of our questions in detail while they performed their work, making what had been a stressful evolution thus far with our PCS, an extremely simple and easy to understand process. In my opinion you could not ask for better employees and representatives of your company. They reflected great credit upon themselves and your workforce, and are undoubtedly invaluable assets to your team. Customer services have been on the decline across our great country for some years now, and when people strive to perform above and beyond with honor, integrity, and perseverance, I believe they deserve to be recognized.

Please take the time to recognize them for their exceptional and exemplary performance of duties that day. I can’t express to you enough just how impressed I was as well as overwhelmingly satisfied with their performance and work ethic. Their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise were first class all the way!
